Group Tour Farmstays
Rural Tourism handles a large number of group tour farmstay
bookings. Unlike some countries that offer one large 'ranch'
with commercial accommodation on-site, Rural Tourism offers
accommodation on individual working farms for groups of
10-400 people.

Tour Booking and Operations Process |

|
• You or your tour company sends us
the requested dates, number of people, and preferred
farm location.
• You divide yor group into sub groups of four people
per farm and send us your preferred rooming list (or
we can do this for you)
• We allocate each sub group to an applicable farmstay
host, and send you the final rooming list for the
overall group, together with the meeting place for
your bus.
• All hosts will meet your group at the meeting place
in their own vehicle, and will transfer each sub group
to their individual farm (usually within 20 minutes
of the meeting place)
• On the day of departure, each farm host will return
their group to the meeting place. |
